Return policy

Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes, our goal is your total satisfaction as a customer. Once you have received your item if you are not satisfied, you can make a change or simply return it, fulfilling the conditions detailed in the present policy.

You have 10 calendar days since you received your item to do so. To be accepted, the item must reach Olympia Swimwear and meet the following requirements:

  • The product must not be used and must not have been damaged or impaired by the customer
  • The product must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer-user under the same conditions as received.
  • It should go in the original packaging, inside the bag supplied, without having removed any of the labels.
  • With the original hygienic protector. Likewise, the hygienic protector must be in its original position with no signs of being removed and replaced.

 

How do I return or change my item?
To change or to return you must follow the same procedure:

  1. Send us an email to info@olympiaswimwear.com indicating in the SUBJECT if it is a CHANGE or a RETURN, In the body of the mail you must include the following information:
  • Order number:
  • First name:
  • Email:
  • Model:
  • Size:

Once we receive your item and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will pay the amount of your item by refunding the credit or debit card with which you made your purchase and you must make a new purchase of the item you finally want.

Bank account number; IBAN to pay the amount of the product returned. In case of returns or international changes, the SWIFT code is necessary.

You must give us everything to:

Remember that Olympia Swimwear does not bear the cost of this shipment and we are not responsible for lost shipments.

If you want to make a CHANGE of size, color or model, you must follow the steps described above and you must make a new purchase of the item you finally want.

How will I receive my refund?
Once we have made all the necessary checks, you will receive an email confirming the payment of the return and informing you that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days.

The amount of the return corresponds to the amount of the purchase you made, not including shipping costs.
